Most technology companies selling into the UAE arrived recently. We have been in Abu Dhabi since 2015, at the same address, working with businesses that have been here longer than we have.
The company
What we actually are.
NatWeb Solutions is a software company. For most of its life it built and ran commerce and operations platforms for other businesses in the Emirates — storefronts, marketplaces, dispatch systems, back offices, the machinery a trading company needs to function.
That work is still the foundation, and we still take a small amount of it on. But the centre of the company has moved. We now build and operate our own products, and the client practice exists alongside them rather than the other way round.
The reason is simple enough. After ten years you stop discovering new problems and start recognising the same ones. Every delivery business in this region hits the same wall with aggregator margins. Every phone in this region gets the same scam calls. At some point building the answer properly is more useful than quoting for the tenth variation of it.
We are small on purpose. There is no account layer between the person you talk to and the person writing the code.

Abu Dhabi
NatWeb Solutions starts trading out of Hamdan Street. Web and commerce work for businesses in the emirate.
- 2018
Commerce at scale
The e-commerce book grows: Eyewa, Gothelist, Hangerz, Happybaby, Littlemees, Timepiece360. Several are firsts in their category in this market. Magento and WooCommerce platforms carrying real trade.
- 2020
Operations software
The work shifts from storefronts to the systems behind them — order-to-cash, dispatch, HR, administration. Clutch reviews land at 4.7 with 4.9 for willingness to refer.

Our own products
A decade of building other people’s operations turns into building our own. YallaOrder and Hadhar move from internal projects to live products.
- 2026
A holding company
NatWeb Solutions now operates as the company behind its products, with a selective client engineering practice alongside.
