Community-powered scam and spam call protection for the UAE and GCC
A phone app that tells you who is calling before you answer, using verdicts built from what other people in the region have already reported about that number.
Scam and nuisance calling is a regional problem with no regional answer. The global caller-ID apps are built on Western datasets, do not understand a UAE numbering plan, and ship user contact books off to servers nobody can point at.
Hadhar inverts that. Users classify unknown numbers after a call; the backend aggregates those reports into a trust verdict per number, and publishes the result as static snapshots. The app reads only those snapshots — it never queries an API to find out who is calling you.
That architecture is the product decision, not an implementation detail: no lookup means no per-call record of who you spoke to, and it means verdicts still resolve instantly on a bad connection.
