Aggregators solved discovery for UAE restaurants and then took the margin with it. YallaOrder is the other side of that trade: the operator keeps the customer, the data and the economics, and pays for software rather than a share of revenue.
It is a full stack, not a storefront. Vendor apps, dispatch, a driver app, a company back office and a master admin — the parts a business actually needs to run a delivery operation, rather than a checkout page bolted onto a menu.
