What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optionally your company name, and whatever you write in the message. That is the entire set of personal data this website asks for.

We also record standard server information for every request — IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested — which our hosting provider logs in order to serve the site and defend it from abuse.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
We do not run third-party embeds that profile you across other websites.

Why we hold it

We use what you send in order to reply to you and to carry on the conversation about the work. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twenty-four months. Records connected to actual client work are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records, and then deleted.

Where it is processed

The site is served from a global content delivery network, so requests are handled at the edge location closest to you. Form submissions are stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider and are accessible only to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@natwebsolutions.com and we will action it. We do not require a particular form of words and we do not charge for it.
