Services

Three things. Not a menu.

The previous version of this company advertised nine services, hosting plans and a catalogue of fixed-price template websites. That reads as availability, not capability. This is the work we are actually good at, and the only work we take on.

01

Commerce platforms

Storefronts, marketplaces and the order-to-cash machinery behind them. Multi-vendor, multi-currency, cross-border fulfilment, payment gateway integration, and the reconciliation work that decides whether a shop is actually profitable.

  • Marketplace and multi-vendor architecture
  • Payment and delivery integration for the UAE
  • Order-to-cash and settlement reconciliation
  • Migration off Magento, WooCommerce or Shopify when they stop fitting
02

Operations software

The internal systems a business runs on: dispatch, back office, administration, HR, reporting. Usually the work nobody wants to quote for and every growing company needs.

  • Dispatch and fulfilment operations
  • Admin panels and multi-branch back office
  • HR and employee self-service systems
  • Reporting that reflects how the business actually works
03

Product engineering

Taking something from an idea to a running product with real users on it, then staying to operate it. This is what we do for ourselves, and the reason we are selective about doing it for anyone else.

  • Architecture and technical direction
  • Backend, mobile and web build
  • Deployment, monitoring and the on-call reality
  • Ongoing operation, not just handover

How it runs

Four stages, no surprises.

Small enough that the person you scope with is the person who builds it.

  1. 01

    Scope

A conversation about the business, not the feature list. Most engagements change shape at this stage, and it is cheaper here than anywhere later.

  2. 02

    Fixed proposal

Written scope, price and delivery date. If we cannot commit to a date, we say so rather than pricing the uncertainty into a padded estimate.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles with something running at the end of each. You see the real thing early enough to change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

  4. 04

    Operate

Handover with training, or we keep running it. Both are legitimate; pretending the second is not needed is how projects die six months after launch.

Be clear

What we no longer do.

We do not sell shared hosting, template websites by category, SEO retainers, photography, or an affiliate scheme. All of those were on the previous version of this site and all of them have been retired.

If you need a five-page brochure site for a fixed price, we are the wrong company and there are good people in Abu Dhabi who will do it well. If you need software that has to keep running once it is live, that is the whole of what we do.

Tell us what needs building.

Scope conversations are free and usually short. If it is not a fit we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
